Thank you, Ethan. This was extremely helpful. I would guess my warmups are rather rushed, but I had no idea flexibility exercises during a warmup might be a problem, for example.
What about tonguing, should we be careful with that as well? I think you only mentioned "soft/air articulation" in passing during the stream.
